•No matter which method is used to connect the 911 caller to the
911 PSAP, a valid telephone number record must be present in
the County 911 database identifying the callers location.
•Customers today, have the ability to add, move or change their
own telephones and where those telephones are located. If 911 is
to work correctly, the PBX owner/vendor must have a simple process to get
these changes into the 911 database.
